Christmas Eve at The Cow Saloon & Eatery

Wednesday, December 24th • Open 11 AM–7 PM

Celebrate Christmas Eve with your Cow family. Whether you’re grabbing lunch, stopping in after last-minute shopping, or looking for a cozy spot before the festivities begin, we’ll be here with warm hospitality all day long.

Complimentary Dinner Treat: 4–7 PM

From 4 PM to 7 PM (or until we run out), we’re serving potato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches on the house. It’s a family tradition and our heartfelt thank-you to our guests for your support, smiles, and shared moments throughout the year.

Bring your loved ones, warm up with us, and enjoy a simple, comforting holiday meal. Merry Christmas from our herd to yours!

It’s almost time to celebrate another wonderful year in downtown Greeley, and we’d love to spend New Year’s Eve with you. Join us for our 3rd Annual New Year’s Eve Dinner & Dance Party — a warm, welcoming, and delicious night here at The Cow.

We’re bringing back everything our guests loved and adding a few extra touches to make the evening even more special.

Start the Night Off Right

Each guest will enjoy a table-served appetizer, your choice of:

• Classic Shrimp Cocktail or • Mini Crab Cakes with house-made rémoulade

A relaxing, no-rush start to a beautiful evening.

Dinner: All-You-Can-Eat Chef-Curated Buffet

This year, our carving station gets an upgrade:

• Slow-Roasted Filet Mignon Loin, carved to order

Along with the filet, guests will enjoy: • Elegantly prepared salmon • Yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes • Winter vegetable medley • Fresh salad bar • Warm rolls • Desserts to finish the night

A complimentary glass of champagne will be served upon arrival. Holiday cocktails and wines will be available throughout the evening.

At 10 PM… We Dance

After dinner, we’ll transform the space for our New Year’s Eve Dance Party. Enjoy music, friends, and Cow-style hospitality as we count down to 2025.
